GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF CONFERENCE PROPOSALS
TALK PROPOSALS GUIDELINES
Formal requirements for Authors of talks prepared for the CCE-CIS 2022 Conference:
1. The talk may be prepared in Polish or in English.
2. All talks should be based on the submitted abstract approved by the Scientific Committee.
3. The eventual presentation of the talk should contain:
3.1. Title, authors’ names and affiliations, as well as keywords and summary
3.2. In the case of a talk prepared in Polish, the title, keywords, and abstract should be in both Polish and English.
3.3 Information about the conference for which the poster was prepared should be placed at the first slide of the presentation.
3.4 The maximum number of talk abstract characters is 2000 including space characters
3.5. The presented talk should not exceed 15 minutes.
4. Please send (on the day of the conference at the latest) to the organizers’ address the electronic version of the presentation of the talk (pdf format) to be posted on the conference website.
5. Before submitting your abstract, please double-check that
5.1 You entered the correct title of the poster abstract.
5.2 You entered the correct talk abstract.
5.3 You entered all the authors in the correct order.
5.4 Names of all authors have all diacritical signs.
Remarks:
– Only talks approved by the Scientific Committee will be presented at the conference.
– The talk will be presented during the CCE-CIS 2022 conference additionally only if at least one co-author will be present (stationary or virtually) at the conference and will pay the conference fee.
POSTER PROPOSALS GUIDELINES
Formal requirements for Authors of posters prepared for the CCE-CIS 2022 Conference:
1. The poster may be prepared in Polish or in English.
2. All posters should be based on the submitted abstract approved by the Scientific Committee.
3. A printed poster suitable for presentation should be delivered on the first day of the conference and collected after the poster session. Unclaimed posters will be destroyed by the organizers.
4. Standard size of the poster – A0 format (ie 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) or A1 (ie 59.4 cm x 84.1 cm); portrait orientation, black-white or color printing.
5. The poster should contain:
5.1. Title, authors’ names and affiliations, as well as keywords and summary
5.2. In the case of a poster prepared in Polish, the title, keywords, and abstract should be in both Polish and English.
5.3 Information about the conference for which the poster was prepared should be placed at the bottom of the poster
5.4 The maximum number of poster abstract characters is 2000 including space characters

ARTICLES – FULL PAPER GUIDELINES
We accept the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental, and theoretical work or research in all of the topic areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Possibility of publishing articles after the conference in the following journals
